Kona Storm - Need Help?
Impacted Oʻahu residents & ʻohana - If you are a resident directly impacted by the floods:

Oʻahu Flood Relief Form: This form is to support community-led disaster relief efforts for Oʻahu residents impacted by flooding across North and Central Oʻahu. The groups are working alongside community leaders and grassroots organizers on the ground to coordinate support in a way that is responsive, safe, and rooted in aloha ʻāina.

KEY Project kōkua form for Koʻolauloa and Koʻolaupoko communities.

Apply for financial support. This is for residents across the pae ʻāina who need financial aid for displacement and damage from the storm. Coordinated by a grassroots efforts with Help Maui Rise.

Report Residential Damage: Report residential damages online to the City and County of Honolulu at https://www.honolulu.gov/dem/homedamage/ or via the HNL 311 app. See community guidance on how to fill out the forms here.

Find food with the Hawaiʻi Food Bank: Visit their website and social media for current food distribution sites and resources.

ʻElepaio Social Services: Serving the West side of Oʻahu with food distribution and other community relief resources.

American Red Cross: 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767). They provide emergency shelter, food, supplies, and help reconnecting families.

Aloha United Way: Call 211 for information on shelters, food, clean up help, and emergency info.

Impacted Farmers — If you are a farmer who has been impacted, use this form to connect with the Hawai'i Farm Flood Response Fund. The Hawai'i Farm Flood Response Fund is here to provide relief for affected farmers. By completing this quick survey, you can connect with USDA disaster assistance programs and help direct relief funding to where it is needed most. *Select Hawai'i Famers Union, so their team can followup with you.*
